History:

Launched in 2019, American Norwegian Encore (Breakaway Plus Class) – Norwegian Cruise Line is the final vessel in the Breakaway Plus class, representing one of Norwegian Cruise Line’s most advanced and feature-packed ships. Built at Meyer Werft in Germany, Encore brings together excitement, elegance, and modern amenities.

Measuring 1,094 feet, the ship carries approximately 4,000 passengers and 1,700 crew. One of its headline features is the largest race track at sea—a two-level go-kart course extending over the side of the ship. Encore also introduced the immersive Galaxy Pavilion, an advanced virtual reality gaming zone.

The ship emphasizes entertainment with performances of Broadway hits like Kinky Boots, vibrant live music venues, and the energetic Social Comedy & Night Club. Dining spans global cuisines, including Japanese teppanyaki, French fine dining, and casual burger joints.
